The history

RedEye was established in London in 1997 as an analytics business. In 1998 the company devised the first fully featured integrated site and campaign analysis tool and by 2001 RedEye ran the first behavioural email programme.  In 2005 the company bought e-relationship marketing Ltd ‘e-rm’, strengthening the integration between analytics with email marketing in order to improve conversion.  During this time optimum.web also became part of RedEye, expanding RedEye’s services to website usability.

In 2010 Behavioural Email onDemand launched. This self-service solution provides a simple way for companies to send behavioural email such as basket abandonment.

RedEye now has three UK offices (London, Milton Keynes and Crewe). In March 2011 RedEye opened an office in Dusseldorf, Germany. This was shortly followed by the first U.S office opening in New Jersey.

Today RedEye helps hundreds of clients improve online conversion. Clients include Skype, Ford, French Connection, Radley, Superdry, Interflora, Monarch, Haven, Sainsbury’s Bank and esure.
