Behavioural Email Benchmark Study – March 2011

Following the success of RedEye’s first Benchmark Study in November 2010, 200 online retailers, insurance and gambling companies have been revisted to see if there has been any change in the way these sectors are using behavioural email.

Key findings:

  • 6% more retailers are now using abandoned basket email
  • 8% more insurance companies are now using a quote not buy email
  • 50% more gambling companies are now using a registered not deposited email
