A report into the strategies and techniques used to measure and improve website performance and online conversion in the travel industry.

In May 2010 RedEye and Travolution surveyed over 400 users of the Travel Weekly Group. The survey was accessed via:

The purpose of the survey was to investigate what marketing strategies and techniques companies within the travel industry use to improve online sales and conversion, and investigate how the success of these strategies are being measured in order to improve website performance.
