Our History
RedEye was established as an analytics business in London, in 1997. In 1998, our company devised the first full-featured, integrated site and campaign analysis tool. By 2001, RedEye was running the first behavioral email program; and in 2005, we bought e-relationship marketing company Ltd ‘e-rm’ – strengthening the integration between analytics with email marketing, in order to improve conversion. During this time, optimum.web also became part of RedEye, expanding our services to include website usability.
In 2010, Behavioral Email onDemand was launched. This self-service solution provides a simple way for companies to create behavioral email campaigns for issues such as basket abandonment.
RedEye now has three UK offices (London, Milton Keynes and Crewe). In March, 2011 we opened an office in Dusseldorf, Germany, followed shortly thereafter by our first U.S. office in Montclair, New Jersey.
Today, RedEye helps hundreds of clients improve online conversion. Our clients include Skype, Ford, French Connection, Radley, Superdry, Interflora, Monarch, Haven, Sainsbury’s Bank and esure.
RedEye previously won the NMA Award for “Best Use of Email” and was shortlisted in the Econsultancy Innovation Awards 2011 for “Innovation in Email Marketing.”
